Steel-cut oatmeal has to cook for at least 30 minutes. It’s worth the wait — way better than the stuff you fix in a microwave in 60 seconds.
This is what’s for breakfast at my house this morning. And then it’s on to the gym for some weightlifting and then Saturday-morning coffee and/or tea session with my buddies.
