Today’s lesson in functional fitness: A little more than an hour spent snowshoeing in relatively deep snow late on a warm February afternoon in good company (as a friend says) is much more fun than an hour on a Spinning bike or a trainer. And it’s arguably a better workout, too. Good times today at Discovery Park in Muscatine.
