The Cast

“All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts,” William Shakespeare, As You Like It, Act II, Scene VII

Players who share the stage at Brome Hill include:

Janet

My better half in every way

If you see a typo anywhere on this site and come back later only to find the mistake fixed, Janet deserves all of the credit for that and for everything else in my life that is good.

The “kids”

AKA — The college student (left) and the grad student

I don’t have children, so Janet’s daughter and son are as close as I’ll ever get. I love ’em both and, perhaps unfortunately for them, they are stuck with me.

The kitties

The real rulers of our household

Dash (right) has been an actor in our company since 2013. She can be a bit naughty. Her only claim to fame was nearly being made homeless by a homeless shelter, but that was a long time ago and she landed in the right home. She loves picking on Oreo, the old, blind leading man who has starred in these parts since 2006. He likes to snuggle and Janet says “he is the best kitty ever.” She would get rid of me before she would get rid of him.

Since players all have entrances and exits, come back to this page often because it is likely always to be a work in progress.
