War hits at home in Muscatine

The war in Afghanistan has hit the home front. Maj. Robert F. Baldwin, 39, of Muscatine was one of the nine American troops, including five members of the 101st Airborne Division, killed Tuesday in a helicopter crash in southern Afghanistan.
