Bike rides share at least one thing in common with sex.
And what, you may wonder, do they have in common? Well, for starters, there is no such thing as a bad bike ride. All rides are good. It’s just that some rides are better than others.
Sunday afternoon around 1:30, a group of six cyclists headed out from the Muscatine riverfront on a 25-mile ride. The weather apps on some of the riders’ smart phones pegged the temperature at 57 degrees under sunny skies and reported the wind was blowing out of the north at 13 mph.
Not perfect, but not bad.
