I rolled out of bed at 4:45 a.m. today and headed for a Chicometrics class at 5:30 at the YMCA. You can learn more about Chico, a strength and flexibility class created by a guy named Chico Caldwell, by going to It’s amazing how some small, simple movements can hurt so much. In 50 minutes, I burned about 300 calories and I can still feel it burning in my shoulders and legs.
