But I have neglected this blog for a while, so I decided to take and post this photo. It shows the belt I am wearing today. You can see the hole I used to use. I’m now in the last hole and still have room for my hand to slip in behind the belt.
Pretty cool, if you ask me. Visual confirmation that I’ve at least temporarily misplaced a few pounds — and maybe have even lost them for good.
