It has been 218 days since something was posted in this very neglected part of the Internet.
But the New Year seemed like a good time to revive Brome Hill. So, as the sun rises on another cold winter morning in my adopted hometown on the west bank of the Mississippi River, I’ve re-established all of my social media connections. Maybe I’ll have something to say here from time to time.
Much has happened in the past 218 days — and I’m not going to try to catch up all at once. But I’ll blog about some of it as we move into what looks to be another eventful year.
To anyone who may still be paying attention after my lengthy hiatus, I wish you a Happy New Year and look forward to visiting with you more in 2014.
Happy New Year!!! Good to see you blogging here. I always enjoy your writing – very Midwestern. I’m always up for a road trip – just let me know. – Will
Thanks, Will. Hope you’re doing well. A trip through St. Louis may be in store this year for me. We should talk on the phone some time. I’ll look to see if I still have your number.
Glad your back Chris! Always look forward to your blog. Thanks and Happy New Year!
Thanks, Steve. Don’t suppose I’ll be able to blog every day. But I’ll try to be more consident than once every seven months or so.
May 2014 bring happiness and contentment to you & yours
Thank you. It’s nice to see I still have a few readers out there.
