This and that: No workout this morning at the gym. Instead, I worked in 30 or 40 minutes of functional fitness outside. Thank you, Mother Nature.
An aside: In the 2000 David Mamet movie, ‘State and Main,’ the character, Doc Wilson, said: “It’s the truth that you should never trust anybody who wears a bow tie. Cravat’s supposed to point down to accentuate the genitals. Why’d you wanna trust somebody whose tie points out to accentuate his ears?”
This morning, it sounds to me like good advice.
