Workers from Langman Construction Inc. of Rock Island, Ill., work today to install a new sewer main at Third and Walton streets in West Liberty. Stop lights have been put in place on Third Street to control traffic as the work progresses through the intersection. The crew is about three weeks into what was supposed to be a six-week job to install new sewer mains along Walton Street.
